Here is the user manual supplied with the system.
It includes technical details and how the data was manipulated from their stock database. All this is done ‘on the fly’ to provide a very easy-to-read catalogue with virtually no effort on the part of the publisher except to keep their stock database up to date (which, of course, they do anyway).

So that you can see what has been achieved, an example catalogue can be seen by clicking on the image.
It has been anotated to point out the stunning, automatically-provided features not normally available in MS Word without considerable effort.

And the same catalogue in its entirety without any editing – ready for printing on pre-printed covers and saddle-stitched in one pass on a Canon iR6800C.

You can specify variants – with this example, exactly the same ‘recipe’ is used with minor parameter changes to achieve quite a different result. The software used encourages this flexibility so that modifications can be made with the minimum of fuss.

Another variant – here again, the same ‘recipe’ is used with minor parameter changes. The advantage of this approach is that during development and after initial installation, changes can be made that will take effect on all variants. It takes a little longer to achieve, but the rewards are great.
The result is similar to the other examples except that the headings of Category and then Composer are reversed and publications from more than one catalogue are included.
